Lisa Manriquez

Lisa Manriquez is a Senior Paralegal in the Unlawful Detainer and Transactions Department and has been a valued member of the firm since 2012. Prior to joining So Cal Realty Law, she gained diverse legal experience working in family law, construction defect, personal injury, real estate, and trusts.

With this broad background, Lisa works closely with attorneys from start to finish on all landlord-tenant matters, ensuring each case is handled efficiently and with care.

In addition to her landlord support, Lisa plays a key role in transactional matters. Her expertise includes drafting leases and purchase agreements, forming LLCs, and assisting with a wide range of real estate and business transactions.

Known for her attention to detail and client-focused approach, Lisa is dedicated to providing reliable and thorough support throughout every stage of the legal process.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys going on long walks, traveling, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
