Real Estate Counsel & Litigation, Property Disputes, Strategic Advisory

Kush R. Nagin, Esq.

Kush Nagin is a real estate and business attorney who advises residential and commercial property owners, investors, and businesses on complex disputes and strategic risk management across California.

Kush’s practice focuses on real estate litigation and advisory work, including landlord-tenant matters, lease disputes, nondisclosure claims, and other property-related conflicts. He works closely with clients to develop practical, forward-looking strategies that align with their business objectives—whether that involves resolving disputes efficiently or positioning matters for litigation when necessary.

Prior to his current role, Kush practiced at a high-volume landlord-tenant litigation firm, where he developed deep experience in unlawful detainer actions and related proceedings. There, he managed a substantial caseload and regularly appeared in court, gaining a strong command of California’s regulatory landscape and tenant protection framework.

Earlier in his career, Kush worked at a boutique firm serving as outside counsel to businesses and property owners, where he worked extensively with both residential and commercial real estate clients. His work spanned commercial transactions, contract drafting and negotiation, dispute resolution, and litigation support, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the legal and operational considerations that impact property ownership and management.

Kush approaches each matter with a focus on clarity, efficiency, and long-term value. He is known for providing practical guidance, anticipating issues before they arise, and helping clients navigate complex situations with confidence and precision.
