Fabian Garcia Brown

Fabian E. Garcia Brown is a Senior Litigation Paralegal at So Cal Realty Law, where he supports attorneys in all stages of civil litigation. He holds a Paralegal Studies Certificate from the University of San Diego and is also a licensed attorney in Mexico, bringing a unique cross border legal perspective to the firm.

Fabian is bilingual in English and Spanish and plays a key role in client communications, including intake, discovery, depositions, ADR proceedings, and court related filings. His responsibilities include drafting pleadings and correspondence, legal research, calendaring critical deadlines, and assisting with administrative procedures before courts and governmental agencies. Outside of work, Fabian volunteers through his church mentoring young adults, plays competitive Sunday league soccer, and enjoys comedy and freestyle battle rap—interests that reflect his creativity, discipline, and commitment to community.
